  • Shipping Days: We ship orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Orders placed after 5 PM on these days will be processed on the next shipping day.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States of America. We look forward to expanding to international destinations soon!

Refund & Return Policy

At Exquisitely Whipped, all of our products are handmade with care, using high-quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of our skincare items.

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@exquisitelywhipped.co. We will be happy to offer a replacement or store credit after reviewing the claim.
